They work with sustainable farmers to provide the highest quality all natural products to your door. Proprietary extended aging process of our Astrea Caviar roe for exceptional and complex taste. They only harvest mature sturgeon that are 12-18 years of age (species dependent) which allows for the largest and best quality roe possible. Direct tracing of each sturgeon from fish to tin to ensure full quality control. Highest quality French manufactured pressure sealed tins for optimal freshness.
