About Our Event Space Rental

1. Included in Space

• Open flexible layout

• Designated display case, shelves, and walls

• Magnet-friendly metal walls to hang decor

• DJ Booth

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Front garden oasis

• Existing tables, chairs, and display furniture available for use

2. Rental Rates

• Weekday Rate (Monday to Friday) NT$15,000-NT$20,000 / Day

• Weekend Rate (Saturday & Sunday) NT$25,000-NT$30,000 / Day

Rental hours and setup details will be discussed upon inquiry.

3. Rental Guidelines

• Please treat the space with care and respect.

• No nails, screws, drilling, or permanent installation on walls or surfaces.

• Existing furniture may be rearranged to fit your event needs.

• Furniture may also be temporarily removed if you wish to bring in your own setup.

• All decorations, equipment, and personal items must be removed after the event.

• Please return the space in clean condition after use.

• Any damages to the space, furniture, or equipment may result in additional fees.

• Events involving excessive smoke, hazardous materials, or illegal activity are not permitted.

• Contract will be. provvided after serious inquiries.
